Fibromyalgia

If you’re one of the millions of people who experience Fibromyalgia . . . you’ll want to make sure you read every word of this article.

If you don't have to live with the pain, fatigue, brain fog and lousy sleep consider yourself lucky. I'll admit that I've never had to live with Fibromyalgia or with a person who lives with it, but I do KNOW how to end your Fibromyalgia pain.

Maybe you’re thinking “how do you KNOW what’s causing my Fibromyalgia, my doctor doesn’t even know what’s causing my Fibromyalgia?”

Well, it’s probably true that your doctor doesn’t know what’s causing your Fibromyalgia. You see, once your doctor has graduated from medical school she will get most of her information from continuing education seminars (sponsored by pharmaceutical companies) and pharmaceutical reps. As a general rule, she relies solely on medicines and medical therapies in the treatment of health problems. Don’t get me wrong I am NOT anti medicine, but medical based therapy just doesn’t get to the cause of Fibromyalgia.

So what is the cause? Well, the thing that makes fibro so difficult is the fact that suffers are often told, “it’s all in your head.” And that’s what I’ve discovered . . . IT IS all in your head. (Just not in the way that that saying implies)

Think of it this way . . . what is the link between the wide-ranging symptoms of fibromyalgia? Or what controls all these different functions? Think of Fibromyalgia as a breakdown of the master control system.
THE BRAIN.

So what happens is these 'short circuits' develop (often after an emotional or physical trauma) and the brain impulses develop a new path. And like walking in the snow the more often the new path is followed the easier it is to follow. So it gets easier and easier for the impulses in the brain to follow the pain path. It ends up taking very little for you to have pain and becomes very difficult stop that pain pathway.

Well, this could be the day that your life changes. But it’s all up to you. Your future is in your hands. Gandhi once said “The future depends on what you do today.” If you would like to discover how you could bring an end to that gnawing body pain, those sleepless nights, blinding headaches, and debilitating depression please give my office a call at 801-225-1311 and schedule a complimentary consultation.
